Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different parts of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
